JOIN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors has fifteen (15) members; four (4) elected from each of the three Districts. District Governors are ex-officio members.
HOW TO BECOME A BOARD MEMBER
Candidates are nominated and elected at the Districts’ Annual Business Meeting. The package is enclosed. Elected Directors shall serve a three-year term. A Director’s term of office shall officially begin on July 1, following the election. By becoming a director, you can channel your ideas and energy to help identify and meet the needs of our community. It also offers the opportunity to: - CHAMPION causes dear to our Lions community. - VOLUNTEER your technical, social and creative skills for the common good. - GAIN heartfelt thanks and personal satisfaction for making such a community contribution. - INFLUENCE the implementation of programs and services provided by the Lions Foundation of Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario

Please contact the Lions Foundation office for guidance or download the guidelines document below, as all applications must receive approval from a Lions Club. Once you have completed the application with all required information, you can send it to your local Lions Club or to the Lions Foundation office.
